CARE
A little love and attention…
Anthurium is the ideal houseplant. It is so easy to care for and it needs little to stay beautiful for a long time. However, there are several things you can do to keep the plant beautiful for as long as possible:

Warmth and light
In the Amazon, the Anthurium grows well with plenty of light (but not in bright sun). They prefer to be nice and warm, with a high degree of humidity. This is how they like it in your living room! Anthuriums love heat, and prefer the temperature to be between 20°C and 22°C and preferably not below 16°C.
Position
Keep Anthuriums away from draughts and preferably do not place them too close to a heat source, such as a hot radiator. The bathroom is also an excellent place because Anthuriums like high humidity!
Water
In the winter, it is best to water Anthuriums once a week. In the summertime you can water it more often, about twice a week. Do you want to give the plant an extra treat? Spray the plant with a plant spray every now and it will feel like it is back in the tropics again!

Healthy living environment
The main advantage of the Anthurium is that it will continue to flower beautifully for such a long time, especially compared to other flowering plants. It also has air-purifying qualities and so it helps to create a healthier living environment. This quality has an impact on formaldehyde, ammonia and volatile organic gases. If you have enough Anthuriums together, you can reduce the amount of harmful substances in a building by more than 50% in up to 24 hours! And there are even more benefits. Anthuriums can also increase our ability to concentrate and learn, because the plants convert carbon dioxide into oxygen. Anthuriums also increase the humidity in a room, so you’ll have less problems with dry skin, eyes and lips!
